According to the Tridosha theory of Ayurveda, three energies circulate throughout our being & govern our physical, mental & emotional characteristics. These energies are called Doshas. Directions: Add loose leaf tea into your infuser or strainer. Use two teaspoons (2-3g) of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml). Place your infuser inside your cup & pour in the boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for 10 minutes & remove. You can re-steep those leaves for a second cup! Enjoy at least 2-4 cups per day for optimum effects.
